GalaxyBlu offers a Try and Buy facility that allows customers to experience selected cameras before making a final purchase decision.
The Try and Buy facility is currently available only for selected camera products and is available only in Gurgaon.
1. How Try and Buy Works
Customers can select an eligible camera available under the Try and Buy facility on the GalaxyBlu website.
To book the Try and Buy service the customer needs to make a payment of 300 rupees at the time of booking.
After successful booking and payment our delivery agent will bring the selected camera to the customers location.
The customer will be required to provide the OTP received for the Try and Buy booking when the delivery agent reaches the customers location.
Once the OTP is successfully verified the 30 minute Try and Buy session will begin.
2. Try and Buy Duration
The customer will get 30 minutes to try the selected camera.
During the 30 minute session the customer can check the camera and its features and use the camera for testing purposes.
The customer is also allowed to click one photograph during the Try and Buy session.
The Try and Buy session will end automatically after the 30 minute period.
3. If the Customer Purchases the Camera
If the customer decides to purchase the camera during the Try and Buy session the customer can proceed with the purchase.
After successful purchase confirmation GalaxyBlu will arrange delivery of a new product to the customer.
The new product will be delivered within 24 hours subject to product availability and delivery conditions.
The camera provided for the Try and Buy experience is for testing purposes only and the customer will receive a new product after completing the purchase.
4. If the Customer Does Not Purchase
If the customer decides not to purchase the camera after completing the Try and Buy session the 300 rupees Try and Buy booking amount will not be refunded directly to the original payment method.
Instead GalaxyBlu will provide the customer with a coupon code equivalent to the 300 rupees Try and Buy booking amount.
The coupon code can be used for a future purchase on GalaxyBlu subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The coupon code will remain valid for one year from the date of issue.
The coupon code cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person unless specifically permitted by GalaxyBlu.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for handling the camera carefully during the Try and Buy session.
The customer must use the camera only for the purpose of testing and evaluation.
Any damage caused due to misuse negligence or improper handling during the Try and Buy session may be reviewed by GalaxyBlu and the customer may be responsible for the applicable charges.
6. OTP Verification
The OTP provided to the customer is used to verify the delivery and start the Try and Buy session.
The 30 minute Try and Buy period will begin only after successful OTP verification.
Customers should not share their OTP with anyone other than the authorised GalaxyBlu delivery agent handling the Try and Buy delivery.
7. Location Availability
The Try and Buy facility is currently available only in Gurgaon.
Availability may depend on the customers location product availability delivery coverage and other operational conditions.
GalaxyBlu may expand or modify the availability of the Try and Buy facility in the future.
8. Product Availability
Try and Buy is available only on selected cameras specifically marked as eligible for the service on the GalaxyBlu website.
The availability of a particular camera for Try and Buy may change depending on stock and operational availability.
9. Delivery After Purchase
If the customer decides to purchase the camera after the Try and Buy experience the new product will be arranged for delivery within 24 hours subject to product availability and applicable delivery conditions.
Delivery timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of GalaxyBlu.
10. Coupon Validity
The 300 rupees coupon issued after an unsuccessful purchase decision will remain valid for one year from the date of issue.
The coupon can be used towards an eligible future purchase on the GalaxyBlu website according to the applicable coupon terms.
The coupon will not be converted into cash.
11. Changes to Try and Buy Service
GalaxyBlu reserves the right to modify suspend or discontinue the Try and Buy facility for any product location or period based on operational requirements product availability or other applicable circumstances.
Any changes will be reflected on the GalaxyBlu website where applicable.
12. Customer Acceptance
By booking the Try and Buy facility the customer confirms that they have read understood and accepted the terms of this policy.
The customer also understands that the 300 rupees booking amount will be issued as a coupon code if the customer chooses not to purchase the camera after the Try and Buy session and will not be refunded directly to the original payment method.
